About

Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, I grew up with inspirations of becoming an architect. I was fascinated with house plan and interior design magazines. As a freshman in college I was split between architecture and design, and ultimately I chose design. Studying line, type, and composition continued to draw me back to the magazine aisles. I had always enjoyed photography, as it allowed me to hold on to memories, but I eventually realized that photography was the ultimate blend of design, composition, style, and memory. I had suddenly found my true passion and it took my full attention. In the past few years I have had the pleasure of working with clients such as Highland Bakery, Williams Sonoma, Em2 Design, Georgia State, as well as the best selling author Adriana Trigiani. My travels have taken me all over the United States as well as all the way to the Middle East, and my camera goes with me every step of the way. This is why I love my job. As a photographer, I’m fascinated with the stories that lie just beyond the wall. I have always been inspired by traveling and I’m insatiably curious about people: what they wear, how they act, and what they do in their daily routines. I’ve discovered that with photography I can share those stories with others.
I am based out of NYC and I am available for commercial work anywhere.
